Divisional EHS Advisor

This role is with a MEP Company in Central London covering multiple sites. The canddidate must have a M&E Background and a NEBOSH qualifcation/equivalent. The position is only open to Permanent candidates . Responsibilities below

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide health, safety and environmental guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, UK legislation and industry best practice.

  • Conduct proactive and reactive site inspections, audits and risk assessments across projects and operational facilities.

  • Support operational teams in understanding and fulfilling their SHE responsibilities, promoting a “Safety First” culture across the business.

  • Monitor project EHS performance metrics and assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for divisional leadership.

  • Lead or support incident investigations, ensuring findings are documented and corrective actions implemented.

  • Work closely with project teams and supply chain partners to improve safety performance and environmental management.

  • Support bid teams with pre-qualification questionnaires and tender submissions by providing relevant EHS information.

  • Assist in the development and rollout of safety initiatives, campaigns and continuous improvement programmes across the division.
