You will be working for a leading facility and building maintenance service provider in the City of London. They are an established company with an impressive portfolio of corporate clients across several sectors. Having recently won some new contracts across London, they are now in the process of growing their team to account for their success.
Job:
Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee the delivery of hard services to multiple client sites across London. You will lead a team of Technical Managers and Engineers in delivering reactive and planned maintenance to predominantly commercial buildings, taking responsibility for delivery levels as well the commercial performance of the account.
Accountabilities:
- Responsibility for the performance of the Account from a service delivery perspective; adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensuring the commercial success of the account; achieving profitability and identifying new opportunities for income.
- You will act as first point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring their questions and complaints are dealt with quickly, effectively and with a great attitude.
- Line Management of a large team including Contract Managers, Supervisors and Engineers, over multiple sites across London.
Experience and Requirements:
- Previous experience at Account Manager level, within facilities and building services.
- Demonstrable experience in successfully managing P&L budgets at a profit.
- Preferably from a technical background, with relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications.
- Experience in managing over large areas across multiple sites.
