Industries covered include commercial, education, data, healthcare, retail, transport, mixed-use and residential sectors. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Using a range of software including email, spreadsheets and databases.
- Maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
- Managing online and paper filing systems and developing and implementing streamlined administrative systems.
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Compiling company social media posts and content.
- CV formatting.
- Supporting with any other business as necessary.
- Reporting to Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have office administration experience.
- Practical use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
- Possess a positive and productive mindset, be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work with autonomy when required.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Display a professional and collaborative approach.
