Job Title: Air Conditioning (HVAC) Project Manager
Salary: £55,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)

I am currently working in conjunction with a leading HVAC contractor, based in Central London. The business specialise in the design, installation & maintenance of air conditioning and ductwork services across the commercial, residential, critical services, healthcare, education & hotel/ leisure sectors. The business was established in the mid 2000’s & they have since created a strong reputation for successfully delivering major projects, while working in partnership with suppliers, contractors & end users.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning (HVAC) Project Manager to further progress their career, while working for an extremely reputable contractor.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Oversee the full project lifecycle (Pre-construction through to final completion).
- Full commercial responsibility (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)
- Liaise and communicate with estimating, pre-construction, commercial & contract teams.
- Full client liaison
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to
