We are seeking an Asset Manager to Manage, Support and oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance, Reactive and Corrective works, and Asset Management System across a critical banking portfolio.
You will be working for a leading service provider on behalf of a blue-chip banking client, based in the City of London.
You will be tasked to work to ISO5001 standards while developing and improving the company’s statutory and critical maintenance plan across the portfolio of buildings.

You will be working for a leading facility and building maintenance service provider in the City of London. They are an established company with an impressive portfolio of corporate clients across several sectors. Having recently won some new contracts across London, they are now in the process of growing their team to account for their success.
Accountabilities:
- Develop, deploy, communicate, and manage the asset management processes and data within the team, client organization and supply chain.
- Ensure the asset register is kept up to date and meets the data standard requirements.
- Strategically managing and supporting the implementation of the PPM and reactive maintenance schedule.
- Ensure that all PPM schedules are properly planned and adhere to contract and statutory compliance requirements.
- Ensure Business as Usual across the portfolio by implementing effective PPM schedules.
- Ensure all sites maintain ISO55001 accreditation.
- Oversee and incorporate sub-contractor attendance and participation.
- Develop and implement lifecycle plans in accordance with CIBSE guidelines.
- Risk Management.
Experience and Requirements
- Relevant technical qualifications (C&G or NVQ).
- Engineering knowledge and trade qualifications.
- Experience in business-critical environments.
- Keen understanding of relevant Health and Safety regulations.
- IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualification.
