They put an emphasis on community engagement; elevating the areas they redevelop and providing homes, office spaces and other community assets.

Job

An Assistant Estate Manager is required to join an Asset Management company that specialises in urban redevelopments; based in North London. This is a junior role and a great opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step into their career in estates management. You will provide exceptional customer service to a wide variety of residents, leaseholders, clients, contractors, and colleagues.

Accountabilities:

  • Assisting the facilities manager with the overall management of the portfolio.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Ensuring portfolio is H&S compliant.
  • Being point of contact and maintaining relationships for number of different tenants.
  • Overseeing all admin duties.

Experience and Requirements

  • Experience within property/building management.
  • Experience working with tenants/contractors.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT Literate.
