An Assistant Estate Manager is required to join an Asset Management company that specialises in urban redevelopments; based in North London. This is a junior role and a great opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step into their career in estates management. You will provide exceptional customer service to a wide variety of residents, leaseholders, clients, contractors, and colleagues.
Accountabilities:
- Assisting the facilities manager with the overall management of the portfolio.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Ensuring portfolio is H&S compliant.
- Being point of contact and maintaining relationships for number of different tenants.
- Overseeing all admin duties.
Experience and Requirements
- Experience within property/building management.
- Experience working with tenants/contractors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- IT Literate.
