Job Title: Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary (plus additional company benefits)

My client is an independently owned MEP contractor, undertaking all aspects of mechanical & electrical engineering. Established in the mid 1970’s, the business has developed an enviable reputation across the commercial, residential, data centre, education & healthcare sectors. Due to successful and consistent growth, they are seeking an Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior level M&E Quantity Surveyor, to join a market leading contactor with an outlined a career progression path.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Assisting with mechanical & electrical cost management.
- Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with day-to-day commercial management.
- Play a supporting role in pre-tender stage.
- Assisting with the preparation of final accounts.
- Attending site progress meetings.
