Job Title: Assistant Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary (including additional benefits)
Location: City of London (London zones 1-3)

A London based high-end fit out & refurbishment contractor are currently recruiting an Assistant Mechanical Project Manager. Working between head office and site, the successful applicant will play an integral role ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with specification, timeline and budget. Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing a combination of direct and subcontracted trades, while overseeing daily site activity.
- Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works. are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.
- Reporting to a Mechanical Project Lead, while providing regular progress and performance reports.
- Weekly progress & performance reports.
- Attending necessary project meetings, acting as a company representative.
