Associate Director | Engineering
GH Engage are currently working on behalf of a globally recognised Property and Real Estate organisation who is seeking to expand their Engineering and Technical division by recruiting an Associate Director. This position will be reporting into the Head of Technical and be deployed across a diverse portfolio of trophy buildings.
The preferred candidate will have prior experience working either directly for an end user client or real estate consultancy and have engineering management responsibility for major trophy buildings. Due to the nature of this role, all candidates must have a BEng in either electrical or mechanical engineering and be working towards CEng status if not already holding this.
There will be a large number of responsibilities and duties required within this position, a number of key can be seen listed below;
- Provide technical support and assistance across the diverse buildings portfolio
- Assist and/ or deputise the organisations authorising engineer
- Conduct monthly and quarterly technical meetings and reviews
- Assist and develop Lifecycle plans
