Job Title: BMS Engineer
Salary: £40,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)
Location: Central London
Company Description
I am currently working in conjunction with a leading BMS controls contractor, based across London & South East. The business pride themselves on the ability to deliver a full in-house engineering solution, which is highlighted across all business units (design, projects & maintenance). The company have maintained a strong presence within the M&E market space over the last 20 years & have successfully delivered multiple projects across the commercial, residential, infrastructure, critical services, hotel & leisure sectors.
Due to continued growth they are seeking a BMS engineer to join a well-established team/ division. This is a fantastic opportunity for the relevant individual to further their career, while working across challenging projects.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Monitoring/ interrogation of all associated Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS)
- Modification/ Installation of building services controls & instrumentation.
- Modifying drawings/ documentation.
- Identify & incorporate energy efficiency control strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time & according to specification.
