BMS Manager (Trend) | Service Provider | Essex | £55,000 plus package

Are you an experienced BMS specialist or manager?

Do you live in Essex and fed up of the daily commute to London?

We are currently recruiting for a BMS Manager to work for a family owned FM Service Provider based in Essex. They are looking for a Trend specialist to lead and manage their BMS division. This position will be working across a portfolio of high end residential as well as commercial buildings. Within this role you will be based from the Essex HQ on a day to day basis with occasional travel to London as and when required.

Package:

• Up to £55,000 salary
• Monday – Friday (08:00/ 17:00)

Requirements:

• Must hold City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
• Experience using Trend software and systems
• Ideally degree qualified
• Must have experience within commercial building services
• Ideally have worked in critical environments previously however this is not essential as training can be provided.
