Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Brickwork)
Location: Central/ East London
Salary/ Day Rate: £250 – £300 per day
Company Description
My client is a leading brickwork contractor, with a strong presence across London & surrounding home counties. Due to significant growth the business is seeking a career driven Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a diverse/ dynamic commercial business unit. Typically, this contractor works in partnership with several blue-chip developers & main contractors, across the residential, heritage & commercial/ leisure sectors.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Managing project budgets/ cost control
- Creating and managing project benchmarking
- Liaise with the client, regarding project budget/ schedule.
- Work in partnership with operational/ project teams
- Assisting the estimating team with bid presentations.
