Electrician / Tester – Commercial Installations / Maintenance – £35K – £40K dependant on experience + Package
A commercial installation / maintenance provider is currently recruiting for an Electrician to work on a mobile basis within the London region carrying out Minor Projects / Installations / Small works. These environments include commercial offices and high-end residential complexes.
Duties will include wiring, re-wires, containment, trunking, sockets, circuits, installing fire / security / HVAC systems, cabling, testing and inspection.
Due to demand / company contracts you may also be involved in the maintenance side of the business at times. This would include electrical fault finding, wiring, lamps, sockets, circuits, control panel maintenance, PAT testing, plant checks, AHU/FCU (filter changes, coil cleans etc), fire alarm tests, sprinkler checks etc.

Requirements:
- City and Guilds Electrical Installation Level 3 or equivalent
- City and Guilds Testing and Inspection 2391 or 2394/5
- Experience within Commercial Installations
- Ideally experience within Commercial Maintenance
