Commercial Maintenance Plumber | City of London | Mon – Fri (40 hrs) | £45,000 + Bonus | Client-side | Market Leading Package

Are you a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer/Plumber? Do you have experience working within commercial environments?

Due to contract expansion, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a bias towards Plumbing/Mechanical Engineering to work within a high-end corporate/critical premises within the City of London carrying out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance within a team of engineers.

Duties:

• Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties.
• Thermostatic mixing valves, sensor taps, sanitary equipment, pumps, AHUs/FCUs (coil cleans, filter changes, belt changes), boiler resets, chiller checks, heat exchangers, cooling towers, expansion valves, basic water treatment, temperature changes, general fabric/plumbing works when required.
• Abide by health and safety regulations.
• Liaising with clientele within the premises.

Requirements:

• Apprenticeship/City & Guilds Level 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Bias
• Experience within critical or commercial premises.
• L8 Legionella qualifications preferred.
• Able to commute to London daily.
