Contract Manager | FM Service Provider | West London | £65,000

Are you an experienced Contract Manager?

Are you interested in working for a leading but ever growing FM Service Provider?

We are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to work for a leading FM Service Provider based in West London/ Berkshire. This position will be working in a portfolio of commercial office buildings looking after both tenant and landlord areas covering an area consisting of Hammersmith to Berkshire. You will be managing a team of engineers and and supervisors. This role will also require strong P&L experience.

Package:

• £65,000 salary
• Monday – Friday (08:00/ 17:00)

Requirements:

• Must hold City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
• Must have experience within commercial building services
• Ideally have worked in critical environments previously however this is not essential as training can be provided.
