As Contract Manager, you will oversee the delivery of building maintenance to commercial offices throughout London, on behalf of a medium-sized service provider.
You will be responsible for the profitability of the contract, act as the main point of contact for multiple clients, and effectively lead a team of mobile Engineers, ensuring the highest possible standard of service.
Though you will be primarily office-based (City of London), you will be expected to regularly work on client sites, which are mostly in Central London.

Accountabilities:
- Ensuring the profitability of multiple contracts with a combined base value of just under £1m; identifying and securing opportunities for extra works and projects.
- Using effective management skills to ensure your team of Mobile Engineers is delivering all planned and reactive maintenance in line with and exceeding the Service Level Agreements.
- Build strong working relationships with all clients, promptly finding solutions to any issues they may have, with an aim to retain all contracts moving forwards.
- Provide regular financial and operational reposts to your Regional Director.
- Responsible for statutory compliance, health & safety, and compliance with all legislation.
Experience and Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience in either electrical or mechanical engineering (C&G/Apprenticeship etc).
- 3+ years of management experience in building services.
- Demonstrable experience in successfully managing a P&L budget.
- IOSH – desirable.
- Experience & understanding of current Health & Safety compliance requirements.
