COST CONSULTANT

GH Engage is recruiting for one of our clients who is actively seeking a Cost Consultant to join their welcoming work environment.

In the role you will be:

• Conducting feasibility studies and benchmarking requirements against similar projects.

• Helping define the project budget while checking the developing designs against the project budget.

• Providing cost estimates, cashflow projections, and advice on procurement strategy.

• Ensuring designs meet legal and quality standards while undertaking risk management and value management exercises.

• Creating bills of quantities, preparing tender pricing documents, collecting and distributing tender documentation.

• Regularly preparing cost reports, including cashflow. out-turn costs and completing final accounts.

A qualified candidate will have:

• Experience in a cost consultant role within a construction consultancy.

• Relevant degree.

• The desire to progress with a company that values its employees.
