Job Title: Document Controller (M&E)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary (plus additional company benefits)

Company Description

My client is a market leading mechanical & electrical engineering services contractor, located in the City of London. The business is headquartered between London zones 1-2 & have an annual T/O circa £120 million.

Due to a recent restructure, they now have an immediate requirement for a Document Controller/ Administrator. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Document Controller, to join a innovative & vibrant business.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Should you be successful in your application, your main duties will include:

  • Utilising programmes/ software including Excel, Word, Power Point, PDF, 4 Projects, Aconex etc.
  • Dictation & letter writing.
  • Liaising with other Document Controllers/ Office Management, ensuring smooth project coordination.
  • Assist project teams, to develop & maintain documents such as drawings/ specifications & any other related items.
  • Working closely with the board of directors.
