Job Title: Electrical Contracts Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 (including additional company benefits)

Company Description
A well renowned Mechanical & Electrical building services contractor located within the city of London, are now recruiting an Electrical Contracts Manager due to experiencing expeditious growth in recent years. They provide services to the commercial, hotel/leisure, data centres, healthcare, and education sectors while working alongside market leading main contractors and developers. My client is now searching for an Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee a flagship commercial development, based in central London. Due to the dynamic nature of the company, they are looking for a candidate with clear vision for the future to better both themselves and the business.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Preferably the individual should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials
- Liaising with clients over design variations
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors)
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget
- In any event, ensuring health & safety is followed
- Running weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
