GH Engage are currently recruiting for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer / multi skilled maintenance engineer / electrician to start work within a commerical building services environment in the City of London. This will be working for a renowned and respected building services provider.
The succesful electrical engingeer will be carrying out duties which will consist of but not be limited to: PPM’s and reactive maintenance: re lamping, fault finding, emergency light testing, ballast changes, AHU/FCU maintenance, plant room checks, re wiring, etc. You must be able to work alone, as well as, as part of a team.
In this role the engineer will be required to support different buildings in my clients portfolio, on an ad-hoc basis.
This role will be working on days: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. This is a permanent position with great scope for progression within a growing organisation.
It is imperative to have atleast 18th Edition, Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent – also must have previous maintenance experience in a similar environment.
In this position, you will be provided a travel card for zones 1 and 2, amongst other benefits/perks.
Overtime is readily available.
The salary is £38,000.
