Electrical Engineer – West London

£41,000 plus Van & Fuel card

Monday to Friday – 8am – 4:30pm

I am looking for a Mobile Electrical / Mechanical Engineer to join a team of building maintenance engineers, covering several high end residential and commercial sites within the Central London area. The ideal candidate will be electrically biased and have a clean UK driving licence.

• £41,000 per annum

Duties & Responsibilities:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Emergency Lighting
• Sprinkler Tests
• Fire Alarms
• L8 Water Hygiene Monitoring
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Supervision of Sub Contractors

Qualifications & Experience:

• City & Guilds Electrical qualifacation Level 3
• 18th Edition
• Clean Driving licence
• Experienced within Building Services
• Ability to work re-actively within an efficient and timely manner
• Client facing and proactive
• Ability to manage own workload
