I am recruiting for a Leading service provider to join a team of engineers at a fantastic commercial building in the City of London. You will be working with like-minded, experienced engineers and there is a fantastic culture within the team as well as wider-organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• BMS Operation
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Distribution Boards

Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guilds Level 2 or above (Electrical or Mechanical)
• 18th Edition
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
• Keen to learn and eager to progress within building services
