Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned & Reactive maintenance
- Lighting Upgrades
- Lamp & Ballast Changes
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Water Treatment
- Keeping log books up to date
- Managing sub contractors on site
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
- 18th Edition
- Testing & Inspection – Desirable
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Experienced within building services
