Job Title: Electrical Estimator
Salary: £65,000 – 75,000 (including additional company benefits)

Company Description
A large family-owned tier one M&E Contractor are seeking an Electrical Estimator in the Central London area to become a vital member of their team. My client provides their services to the Commercial, Industrial, Infrastructure and Energy sectors, ensuring projects are always produce exactly the specification within the correct budget and time constraints. They are looking for a client facing and approachable Electrical Estimator to demonstrate their passion for their works being a crucial part in new contracts that have recently won. This is a great chance to become part of my client’s community they have built over the last decades.
Responsibilities
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Researching materials, equipment, and labour costs to produce competitive tenders
- Liaising with clients to gather requirements
- Gathering quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
- Assessing the level of risk for a project
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships
- Ensure projects
- Analysing company data, exchange rates and prices using software packages
- Preparing and submitting quotations for work
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed
- attending weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings
- Monitoring the stages of a project to make sure that costs are kept in line with forecasts
- Being able to take a project from A-Z completion
- Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager

Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)
