Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer | £36,000 per annum | West End, London
Are you a qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer? Are you interested in a position working across high end residential premises in London’s prestigious West End?
We are currently recruiting for an electrical engineer to carry out PPM’s and Reactive maintenance duties across the portfolio. All buildings are within the Chelsea / Knightsbridge areas and within walking distance. The contract does also have pool vehicles to assist travelling between sites.
Duties: Ballast changes, lamp changes, wiring, sockets, circuits, PAT testing, HIU servicing, AHUs/FCUs, belts, motors, AC units etc.
Package:
- £36,000 basic salary
- On call rota 1 in 4 (£1,500 annual standby allowance)
- Pool Vans to make materials / tools across the buildings and for use on call out
- Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience within commercial maintenance
- Full UK driving license
