Foot Mobile Engineer – Central London
£45,000 plus Zones 1&2 Travelcard
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
GH Engage are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a Foot mobile basis for a leading UK based maintenance service provider in across the City and West End. The role is covering a Commercial portfolio sites and you will be carrying out planned and preventative maintenance.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading service provider working on blue-chip commercial contracts. You will need to be qualified with City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations and 17th/18th Edition is desirable.
Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Emergency Light Tests
- Fire Alarms
- Sprinkler Tests
- Ballast Changes
- Fault Finding
- Water Temperature Checks
- AHUs/FCUs
- Log Books

Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations
- 17th / 18th Edition
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Building services maintenance experience
- Experience working on a Foot Mobile basis is preferred but not essential
