Are you a Electrical Maintenance Engineer within experience in Commercial Building Services?
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in a commercial office premises in the heart of London (Closest station Liverpool Street) to carrying out PPM’s and Reactive maintenance duties of the Landlord areas of the property.
You will be part of a team of 4. Technical duties will include: electrical fault finding, wiring, control panel maintenance, transformers, lamps, ballasts, emergency lighting, sockets, circuits, AHUs / FCUs (belt changes, filter changes, coil cleans), plant checks, boiler resets, chiller checks, pumps, fire alarm/sprinkler tests etc.
On Offer:
- £38,000 basic salary
- Monday – Friday, 07:00am – 4:00pm / 10:00am – 7:00pm (alternating weeks)
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays.

Requirements:
- Experience within commercial building maintenance.
- Experience working with plant equipment.
- City and Guilds Level 3 qualified or equivalent.
- Able to work the hours advertised in the location advertised.
