Electrical Maintenance Engineer | West London, Ealing | £38K – £40k | Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to work in a commercial premises in West London.
Duties will involve; electrical fault finding, emergency lights, ballasts, lamps, sockets, circuits, control panels, switch boards, induction motors, fire alarm tests, electric heating, generator tests, AHUs/FCUs (belt changes, filter changes, coil cleans), pumps, 1st line faults across AC units (splits, VAV/VRV), boiler resets, general plant inspections, BMS monitoring, general fabric duties when required.
Package:
- Up to £40,000 basic salary
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Paid overtime available
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- No call out on the contract
- Working for a rapidly expanding service provider
Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Experience within commercial building services / maintenance
