Electrical Maintenance Engineer | North West London, Regents Park| £40K | Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer? Do you have experience working in commercial / corporate environments? Would you like to work at a prestigious sporting venue opposed to the same old 4 office walls?
We are currently recruiting for an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to work in a iconic sporting venue. This role will involve carrying out PPM’s and reactive maintenance duties within a small team.
This is a large site with a wide range of facilities, this role will involve a fair amount of steps everyday and there is also a high amount of overtime for events that take place in the stadium.
Duties will involve; electrical fault finding, emergency lights, ballasts, lamps, sockets, circuits, control panels, switch boards, induction motors, fire alarm tests, electric heating, generator tests, AHUs/FCUs (belt changes, filter changes, coil cleans), pumps, 1st line faults across AC units (splits, VAV/VRV), boiler resets, general plant inspections, BMS monitoring, general fabric duties when required.
Package:
- Up to £40,000 basic salary
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Paid overtime available – high demand over summer
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- No call out on the contract

Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Experience within commercial building services / maintenance
