Electrical Maintenance Engineer | East London, Docklands | £40,000 Basic Salary + Package
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer? Do you have experience carrying out maintenance duties across commercial or properties?
A leading hard services maintenance provider are currently expanding. We are currently recruiting for an Electrically biased Engineer to work on a commercial/critical property in the Docklands, East London.
The property you will be working on is a highly critical environment. You will be working with a small team of engineers carrying out PPM’s and Reactive maintenance duties.
Duties will include:
UPS, generators, HV trasformers, wiring, emergency lighting, Lighting, sockets, circuits, Single and 3 phase power, Control panel maintenance, Fault finding, AHU’S / FCU’s (filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans), chiller checks, boiler resets, BMS monitoring, general baric / building services duties across the premises when required.
Package:
- £40,000 basic salary
- Monday – Friday, 08:00 till 17:00
- Call out 1 in 4 – company van provided for this

Requirements:
- Must hold City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
- Must have experience within commercial building services
- Must have experience within a client facing role
- Able to build rapport and a relationship with clients and a team
