Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Stafford Gifford, Bristol | Monday to Friday 8am-5pm | Initial 3 month contract minimum
Are you a qualified electrician? Do you have experience in commercial maintenance?
We are currently recruiting for a maintenance engineer to work in a large commercial premise carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within a team of engineers.
This is will an initial 3 month contact with the possibility of extension or a permanent role following this.
Hands on duties will include lighting, emergency lighting, sockets, circuits, power distribution, electrical fault finding, switchboards, control panels, induction motors, AHUs/FCUs (coil cleans, filter changes, belt changes), pumps, genera HVAC plant inspections / maintenance, BMS monitoring etc.
- £16 per hour, paid weekly.
- Immediate start.
- Free Parking On-Site.
- Call out 1 in 3 – £70 standby allowance, minimum of 4 hours paid if called out. x1.5 rate if called out.
- Overtime x1.5 rate.
- Paid via Umbrella Company.
- Pool Vehicle on the contract.
Requirements:
- Hold your City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- Ideally have experience in commercial maintenance.
- Must have a UK driving license.
