Electrical Maintenance Engineer | West End, London | £34,000 – £37,000
Are you a qualified electrician with experience within commercial maintenance? Are you looking for a role where you can work across a luxury property portfolio in London’s West End?
I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work between 5/6 prestigious buildings in the West End of London. You will be working as part of a team to deliver in-house maintenance services.
Hands on duties will include electrical fault finding, wiring, sockets, circuits, transformers, induction motors, lamps, ballasts, emergency lighting, basic HVAC maintenance (FCUs, AHUs, pumps, boiler resets, splits, multi splits), fabric maintenance when required i.e. plumbing, blockages, patch painting etc.
Package:
- £34,000 – £37,000 per annum dependant on experience
- Monday to Friday (6-3/8-5/9-6)
- Weekend works also involved dependant on venue requirements – you will either be paid overtime for this or have days off in lieu.

Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
- Experience working within commercial maintenance
- Knowledge of all round building services – electrical, HVAC, fabric etc
- Happy to work on a foot mobile basis between 4/5 sites
