My client, a leading FM provider, are currently on the lookout for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static site in Canary Wharf.
You will be carrying out duties such as; Reactive maintenance, fault-finding, AHU/FCU maintenance, plant room checks, re-lamping. rewiring, PPM and remedial, as well as general building maintenance.
They are looking for someone with significant electrician experience as well as a background in maintenance and a competent engineer.
This is a static role, whereby the successful applicant will be expected to attend the office Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Note:(variety of shifts on offer: days/continental/nights)
Qualifications/experience required:
– NVQ Lvl 3 qualified or equivalent
-18th edition
-Mechanical qualification (desirable)
-Commercial acumen
-Valid building/multi-skilled experience
Salary: £40,000-£44,000 (subject to experience and shift pattern)
