Electrical Maintenance Engineer – London – Up to £42,000 per annum

A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for an established FM Service Provider based in the London area.

My client is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building situated in the heart of London. The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The ideal candidate will either be HV Authorise or have a desire to become HV Qualified. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this modern site.

Duties:

  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Manage Subcontractors
  • Maintain and update Log books

Hours of Work & Salary:

  • Up to £42,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
  • 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • On call rota

Requirements:

  • Electrically qualified
  • C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 – Essential
  • C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition
  • HV Qualification (Desired)
  • You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
