Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Hammersmith, West London | £36,000 + Package
Wea re currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in the hard services facilities management industry within a high end, commercial environment.
You will be part of a small maintenance engineering team within the commercial / resi premises.
Equipment you will be working with includes the maintenance and up-keep of: Emergency lighting, wiring, single / 3 phase power, sockets, circuits, generator tests, transformers, air handling / fan coil units (belts, filters, coil cleans) boiler resets, chiller checks, pumps, motors, HIU’s, AC units.
Package:
- £34,000 – £36,000 Basic salary
- Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 17:00pm
- Working for a service provider

Requirements:
- Must hold City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
- Must have experience within commercial building services.
