Electrical Maintenance Engineer | City of London | £36,000 – £38,000

Due to our client winning a new maintenance contract we are currently recruiting for an Electrically Biased Engineer to carry out PPM’s and Reactive maintenance duties across Landlord areas of a multi tenanted office premises within the City of London.
Duties will include: electrical fault finding, wiring, power distribution, control panel maintenance, power factor correction units, ballasts, lamps, emergency lighting, sockets, circuits, AHUs/FCUs (filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans), boiler pressure checks, boiler resets, pumps, motors, pressurisation units, hot/cold water systems, AC units, general fabric / building services duties when required around site.
Package:
- £36,000 – £38,000 basic salary
- Working within a small team
- Split days – Monday to Friday 07:00am – 4:00pm / 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Company Pension

Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Experience within commercial maintenance
- Experience within a corporate / client facing role.
