An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based in Westminster.
GH Engage are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a team of 4 Engineers on a high profile commercial site to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Basic Salary of up to £44,000
- Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Full company uniform
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Electrical Faulting Finding
- Lighting
- Power Issues
- Emergency lighting tests
- Fire Alarm tests
- Testing and Inspection
- Minor Installation
- AHU/FCU Maintenance
- Changing Ballast
- Assist with carrying out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Requirements
- Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent
- City & Guilds – 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
