Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer | Edinburgh | £37,000 – £40,000 + AP bonuses

Are you an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer? Are you looking for a local role with plenty of opportunity for growth & development?
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work in a corporate office/industrial centre in Edinburgh. You will be joining a team of 5 engineers on a large static site.
Technical duties will include the maintenance of clean rooms, high pressure systems, and various gas systems.
There is also more standard equipment, such as; wiring, electrical fault finding, emergency lighting, sockets, circuits, control panel maintenance, PAT testing, AHUs/FCUs, resets, chiller checks, fire alarm tests, sprinkler tests, hot/cold water systems, general plumbing / fabric duties.
Package:
- £37,000 – £40,000
- AP bonuses of c£1,000 per annum (per AP ticket)
- Monday – Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm standard hours.
- Paid overtime
- Call out (1 in 4), £150/week + minimum 4 hours for a call out.

Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications
- Experience within commercial maintenance
- SC Security Clearance
- LV or HV AP ticket preferred, but not essential
