Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled) – Fitzrovia, London – Up to £44,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for an established FM Service Provider, based at Fitzrovia, Central London. The client is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team, delivering tenant services across 3.5 floors of commercial office space, including a restaurant. You’ll be working alongside a Supervisor and an Apprentice, providing electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance.
Duties:
- Electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance in tenant areas
- FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
- Lighting: ballast changes, emergency light tests, some wiring
- Water Heaters, hot & cold water systems
- General building fabric maintenance and upkeep
Hours of Work & Salary:
- Up to £44,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- Split Shift: 7:00am – 4:00pm / 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 25 days annual leave
- Overtime available: 1.5x for evenings & Saturdays, 2x on Sundays & between 12:00am and 7:00am
- Training opportunities available
Requirements:
- Electrical bias – ideally Level 3 qualified
- Multi-skilled with strong mechanical knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Must pass DBS & financial security checks
- Client-facing with a positive attitude
