GH Engage are currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider to deliver electrical and mechanical maintenance to a prestigious commercial office in West London.
Duties as Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
- Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties.
- Electrical Duties: Lighting – lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic lighting, Emergency light testing, Power distribution, Electrical fault-finding, Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits, PAT Testing, BMS maintenance (TREND).
Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Package:
- Salary: up to £46,000.
- Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.
- On Call: 1 week in 7 (£100/week stand-by).
- 25 days annual leave.

Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineer.
- Experience in maintenance roles within commercial environments.
