Electrical Maintenance Engineer | London | £36,000 – £38,000 basic salary
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer? Do you have experience working in either commercial or high end residential premises?
We are currently recruiting for multiple Electrical Maintenance Engineers to work on a semi static basis in the City of London. This will involve working across a very high end residential portfolio carrying out PPM’s and Reactive Maintenance. This particular position will involve travelling day to day to a static premises with the option of a pool van to travel between sites in London if needs be.
Technical duties will include: wiring, electrical fault finding, emergency lighting, sockets, circuits, control panel maintenance, PAT testing, AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans, boiler resets, chiller checks, HIU servicing, fire alarm tests, sprinkler tests, hot/cold water systems, general plumbing / fabric duties when required.
This business is looking to expand further through the FM industry with a wide scope of up-coming contracts.
On offer:
- £36,000 – £38,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Monday – Friday, 08:00am to 5:00pm standard hours

Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Full UK Driving License
- Experience within commercial maintenance
