GH Engage are currently recruiting for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer / multi skilled maintenance engineer to start work within a commercial building services environment. This will be working on 3 prestigious building’s local to Leeds city centre, for a renowned and respected building services provider.
*Must have drivers licence!
The succesful electrical engingeer will take on job duties which will consist of but not be limited to: PPM’s and reactive maintenance: re lamping, fault finding, emergency light testing, ballast changes, AHU/FCU maintenance, plant room checks, re wiring, etc.
This role will be working on days: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. This is a temp to perm role for a multi skilled engineer looking to progress their career.
It is imperative to have atleast 18th Edition / Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent – also must have previous maintenance experience in a similar environmnt for a facilities management company.
Overtime is readily available on weekdays and weekends, paying x1.5 for standard OT and double time on Sunday’s.
The hourly rate will be between £22.93 per hour.
