Mobile Electrical / Testing Engineer | London / Home Counties | £36K – £40K
Are you a qualified electrician? Do you have experience in the commercial maintenance industry? Do you have experience in testing and inspection?
We are currently recruiting for a mobile engineer to work across London and Home Counties to support the large mobile division within a specialist FM provider. Your duties will also be split across commercial maintenance and testing & Inspection.
Technical duties will involve; Emergency lighting, ballast changes, lamp changes, circuits, sockets, power distribution, control panel maintenance, electrical fault finding, wiring, testing and inspection, PAT testing, remedial works, minor projects / installations, AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans, boiler resets, chillers checks, pumps replacement, fire alarm tests, sprinkler tests, BMS monitoring etc
Package:
- Salary negotiable (£36,000 – £40,000)
- Monday – Friday 08:00am to 5:00pm

Requirements:
- City and Guilds Electrical Installation Level 3 (or equivalent)
- City and Guilds Testing and Inspection (2391 or 2394/5)
- Experience within commercial maintenance
- Full UK driving license
