Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Night Shifts | Mayfair, West End of London | £38,000
Are you a Electrical Maintenance Engineer within experience in Commercial Building Services? Could a nights only role, Monday to Thursday suit you?
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer to work in a commercial office premises in the heart of Mayfair (Closest station Green Park) to carrying out PPM’s and Reactive maintenance duties of the Landlord areas of the property.
You will be part of a team of 3 on shift. Technical duties will include: electrical fault finding, wiring, control panel maintenance, transformers, lamps, ballasts, emergency lighting, sockets, circuits, AHUs / FCUs (belt changes, filter changes, coil cleans), plant checks, boiler resets, chiller checks, pumps, fire alarm/sprinkler tests etc.
On Offer:
- £38,000 basic salary
- Monday – Thursday, Nights Only, 10 hour shifts. (9:00pm to 07:00am).

Requirements:
- Experience within commercial building maintenance.
- Experience working with plant equipment.
- City and Guilds Level 3 qualified or equivalent.
- Able to work the hours advertised in the location advertised.
