A tier one M&E/Building services Contractor who are currently a market leader in the most lucrative industries such as the commercial office, data centre and pharmaceutical sectors are actively recruiting due to exceptional business growth in their 2024/25 project pipeline and annual turnover.
Due to the strong pipeline projected for the coming years, they have asked me to reach out to the most experienced Project Directors in London to obtain the correct individual to be the lead on a number of landmark commercial new builds project in the heart of Central London.
This individual needs to have completed a project from inception to completion with a project value over £30 million M&E. Ideally said candidate needs to have a degree (or Equivalent) in either Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, however this isn’t the key decider of who will become their new Electrical Project Director.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a project throughout the project lifecycle such key activities include;
- Project Planning
- Project Execution
- Project Commercial Awareness
- Project Coordination including leading a team during the Coordination Drawing Production process.
- Managing all aspects of electrical installation on either project totalling £30 million at once or a £30 million M&E Project.
- Attend financial sing off meetings.
- Managing Direct Labour Force and
- Managing a team of Project Managers.

- Final Account Preparation, Negotiation &
Candidate Profile:
- A Degree / Diploma in Electrical Building Services Engineering would be desirable but not essential.
- Significant years’ Experience in managing all aspects of electrical Contracts for an electrical and/or M&E
- Strong IT skills, minimum Word, Excel, AutoCAD, MS
- Someone who is looking to be on the board of directors for a multimillion-pound enterprise in the coming future.
