Job Title: Electrical Project Engineer
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

A family owned mechanical & electrical building services contractor, are currently seeking an Electrical Project Engineer in conjunction with a large flagship mixed use design & build located in West London. With an annual turnover more than £100 million, the business typically specialises in delivering cutting edge MEP turnkey solutions to the commercial, residential, healthcare, data centre and hotel/ leisure sectors.
Following an exciting period of growth, the business now requires an Electrical Project Engineer in conjunction with a major flagship development located in West London. Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Input at initial tender/ cost planning stage and evaluating MEP consultant specifications.
- Assist the operation team, with preparation of supply chain tender lists.
- Analyse tender/ bids, while ensuring project compliance.
- Manage technical queries, RFI’s, RAMS, technical submittals and construction issue drawings.
- Liaison with project delivery team members.
- Assisting the project lead with daily site coordination, while managing engineering compliance.
- Ensuring smooth project delivery, in accordance with project specification/ budget.
