Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 basic salary (plus additional company benefits)

My client is a leading design & installation M&E contractor with a strong presence across all areas of the UK. The business predominantly work on a D&B basis (offering a complete turnkey solution) within the commercial, education, hotel/ leisure & infrastructure sectors. They have developed an extremely strong/ reliable reputation with end users, consultants, contractors & supply chain through the building services sector. Due to company growth, my client is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in relation to several flagship schemes, due to commence in 2021.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Leading the complete project team throughout project duration
- Taking responsibility for the complete project lifecycle (Initial pre-construction, delivery, commissioning & handover)
- Working in conjunction with the pre-construction & commercial team to produce/ agree programme
- Attend pre-order & weekly progress meetings
- Review all technical electrical aspects of system proposals
- Oversee & sign off invoices
- Control installation ad commissioning activities.
- Prepare & submit applications/ variations
- Ensure the project is delivered in accordance with programme/ budget
