Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

Company Description
I am recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E contractor, with a strong presence across the UK. The business undertakes the full range of mechanical & electrical building services engineering, while typically operating across the commercial, residential, education, healthcare & hotel/leisure sectors. They have developed an extremely successful track record delivering projects valued between £5 million – £30 million, while maintaining a “delivery focused” approach. Due to an extremely healthy orderbook they now require an Electrical Project Manager, in accordance with a flagship development, located in South West London.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Manage the full project lifecycle (Pre-construction through to final completion).
- Taking commercial responsibility (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)
- Liaise and communicate with estimating, pre-construction, commercial & contract teams.
- Full client liaison
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered too.
