Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 basic salary (Company benefits package)

My client is a cutting-edge M&E contractor, with a strong presence across South/ Southwest England. The business specialises in delivering a diverse range of projects ranging across the healthcare, commercial fit out, hotel/ leisure & end user sectors. They have developed long standing relationships with several leading blue chip main contractors, through providing a collaborative & coordinated project approach.
Due to consistent/ long term growth, the business now requires an Electrical Project Manager. Should you be successful in your application, you will be responsible for overseeing between 1-3 live projects (Typically valued between £1 million – £5 million). This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager, to join a reputable contractor offering stability & long-term career progression.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Manage the full project lifecycle (Pre-construction through to final completion).
- Taking commercial responsibility (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)
- Liaise and communicate with estimating, pre-construction, commercial & contract teams.
- Full client liaison.
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered too.
