Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Day Rate: £300 – £350 p/day (Also open to employment on a fixed term contract)

Company Description
A medium sized mechanical, electrical & plumbing contractor are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager, in conjunction with a mixed-use development located in the West Berkshire region. Established in the mid 2000’s, they currently have an annual T/O circa £30 million, combined with a very healthy orderbook for the coming years.
The business predominantly specialises in delivering private & public sector projects ranging across the commercial, residential, hotel/ leisure, education & infrastructure industries. My client promotes a highly versatile & quality driven project approach, which is highlighted through repeat business/ clientele.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Oversee the full project lifecycle (Pre-construction through to final completion).
- Full commercial responsibility (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc).
- Liaise and communicate with estimating, pre-construction, commercial & contract teams.
- Full client liaison.
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered too.

- A very competitive basic salary/ day rate (dependent on previous experience).
